Did you know that the #1 health care problem in Australia is patients missing surgeries or coming in unprepared…Hundreds of thousands of dollars each year are being wasted on preparing surgeries that did not happen.

That was the main reason why “My Surgery Journey” app was created – to educate and remind patients about their surgery appointments. Our task was to create a series of educational videos, that would talk about a very important topic, but not like in a school seat manner. We all don’t like to be told what to, so we thought we have to create a funny character that would represent all of the patient’s struggles & mistakes while getting ready for the surgery.
